Our Big Understanding was Travel Broadens The Mind!

Each student became an expert on one city or country. Students had to produce a travel diary, a brochure, an itinerary, and a souvenir.

Book Dating! Love Books!

On Tuesday we went book dating with Room 22!
We spent 30 seconds at each table, which was filled with brand new, shiny books, and we had first dibs! Thank you Ms Hill! We are so lucky to have you!

Mason said the best part was dumping the books he didn't want!
Olivia said it was great getting to choose new books and not have to put them on reserve!

2012 London Olympics and Paralympics

London Summer Olympics! Wow! What an amazing two weeks we have just experienced! And we have even more to look forward to, as we await to be inspired by the Paralympians (29 August - 9 September, 2012).

A big thank you to Anna from Original Scripts, parents for helping with props and costuming, and the wonderful audience! 

A special thank you to our amazing Year 5 teachers Mrs Ellis and Ms Boyle. Today we got to watch and reflect on our performance, so a big thank you to Mr A for recording our show!

You all performed fabulously well! You should all be incredibly proud of the way you stepped up and reached out! What an experience!!!
